Winner Winner 10 Minute Breakfast for Dinner

Ingredients:

  • Better Beans Three Sisters Chili
  • Avocado
  • Egg
  • Salsa
  • Lime (optional)
  • Cilantro (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425º
  2. Slice avocado in half and remove seed
  3. Crack an egg over one half of the avocado and put directly in oven; cook for 10 minutes or until the egg is cooked.
  4. Stuff the other half with salsa and Better Beans Three Sisters Chili
  5. Top with lime and cilantro (optional) and serve with corn chips!
