Vegan Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 1 tub Better Beans Uncanny Refried Black Beans or Cuban Black Beans
  • 1 Tbs diced garlic
  • 1/3 cup diced red onion
  • 1/3 cup diced bell pepper
  • 2 slices of bread, crumbled
  • 1 Tbs water
  • 1 Tbs corn starch
  • About 1/2 cup flour (or gluten free all-purpose flour)

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and stir until well
blended. Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease a large baking
sheet. Mold the mixture into patties and place on sheet. Bake the patties
for 10 minutes, on each side, until the tops are crispy. Serve on a bun
with your favorite toppings.
