Tuscan White Bean Veggie Dip

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Cauliflower
  • 1 Green Onion, diced
  • 3 or 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tub of Better Bean Tuscan
  • White Beans
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • Dash of Lemon Juice

Instructions:

Add the cauliflower, green onion and garlic to a food processor. Process for about one minute. Add the olive oil and the beans. Process until mixture has the consistency of a paste. Stir in the sea salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Serve with your favorite crackers or vegetables.
