Our family makes quesadillas on a weekly basis – and since we all have our preferred Better Bean, I make them all a little different. I make mine with Uncanny Black Beans. West, my son, gets his with the Cuban Black Beans. My husband likes the Skillet Refried Red Beans and his grandmother loves the Chipotle Beans in her quesadilla. So I spoon out some from each tub and save the rest for other meals or snacks!
