Fit Britt Black Bean Tacos

Ingredients:

  • Cuban Black Beans
  • Roasted & pureed Butternut Squash
  • Guacamole
  • Salsa
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Cucumber

Instructions:

Roast butternut squash with cayenne, cumin, sea salt and a little cinnamon

Puree butternut squash with a little olive oil

Fill sprouted corn tortillas with @betterbeanco Cuban Black Beans

Add pureed squash

Top with fresh guacomole, salsa and cilantro.

Side of cucumber “chips” sprinkled with cayenne for dipping in salsa.
