Farmers Market Pasta


  • 1 & 1/2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 tub of Better Bean Tuscan White Beans
  • 1/2 white onion, diced
  • A handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese


Cook the pasta as instructed on packaging. Over medium-high heat, sauté the onions for about five minutes. In a large bowl, add the pasta, Better Bean Co beans, onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Place the pine nuts, basil, garlic, olive oil, and cheese in your food processor. Process until smooth. Add this mixture to the bowl and mix well.
