Easy Leafy Green Burrito

Ingredients:

  • 2 or 3 collard green leaves
  • 2 spoonfuls of Better Beans Skillet Refried Red Beans
  • A handful of onion slices
  • A handful bell pepper slices
  • A handful grated carrot slices
  • A few slices of avocado
  • Drizzle of your favorite taco sauce

Instructions:

Wash the collard green leaves thoroughly. Bring an inch of water to a simmer. Add each leaf to the water for ten seconds and set aside. Heat two spoonfuls of Better Bean Co Skillet Refried Red Beans over medium heat for five minutes. Add the beans, onion, pepper, carrots, avocado, and taco sauce to the collard green leaf. Roll up the ingredients and double roll it in another collard leaf for extra strength. Cut in half and enjoy!
