Easy Better Beans Breakfast Hash


  • Better Beans Cuban Black Beans
  • 3 Red potatoes
  • Red onion
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • Rainbow chard
  • 3 Eggs (optional)
  • White corn
  • 1 TBS Extra virgin olive oil
  • Spices for seasoning


  1. Heat olive oil in skillet on medium heat
  2. Chop potato into cubes
  3. Mince onion and garlic
  4. Add potato, onion, garlic and seasonings to skillet and cook until potatoes are tender
  5. Chop chard and add to skillet (if adding eggs, do so now)
  6. Add desired amount of Better Beans Cuban Black Beans to skillet and sautée until warm
  7. Serve and enjoy
