Ingredients:
- Better Beans Cuban Black Beans
- 3 Red potatoes
- Red onion
- 1 Clove Garlic
- Rainbow chard
- 3 Eggs (optional)
- White corn
- 1 TBS Extra virgin olive oil
- Spices for seasoning
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in skillet on medium heat
- Chop potato into cubes
- Mince onion and garlic
- Add potato, onion, garlic and seasonings to skillet and cook until potatoes are tender
- Chop chard and add to skillet (if adding eggs, do so now)
- Add desired amount of Better Beans Cuban Black Beans to skillet and sautée until warm
- Serve and enjoy
