Chorizo Cuban Breakfast


  • 1 container Better Beans Cuban Black Beans
  • 1 container Better Beans Uncanny Refried Black Beans
  • 1 oz chorizo sausage (or vegetarian substitute)
  • Organic flour tortillas
  • Eggs
  • Salsa
  • Feta (or vegan substitute)
  • Avocado
  • Cilantro


  1. Take out chorizo from casing and use a skillet to cook it thoroughly until browned
  2. Combine and heat up Better Beans Uncanny Refried Beans, Cuban Black Beans and salsa
  3. In a skillet fry your eggs
  4. Heat tortillas
  5. Slice avocado

Top each tortilla with bean and salsa mixture, fried egg, chorizo, avocado slices, salsa and feta. Enjoy!
