  • Better Bean Roasted Chipotle Bean Dip (for serving)

  1. preheat oven to 400′ F and chop all veggies
  2. put fire roasted tomatoes onto tortillas and spread them around, try not to put on too much juice or else the pizzas could come out soggy
  3. add on all desired veggies and anything else you like
  4. pop the pan with you “pizzas” into the preheated oven and bake until the entire tortilla is firm, even the middle, that should be like 10-15 minutes, just watch it and don’t let anything burn
  5. remove from oven, the edges of the tortilla should be brown, and top with fresh basil, other dried/ fresh herbs, and granulated garlic
  6. slice, top with a spoonful of bean dip, and of course, enjoy!(:

I am a 16 year old from Florida and I love to cook! Eating vegan is a passion of mine and I am always on the hunt for new, delicious, and easy recipes! I am also a runner, so I try to make sure that I always fuel my body with healthy foods for optimum performance in training and races. When I found the Better Bean Co. products in my grocery store I was super excited because at first glance I was amazed at the ingredients, but then I tasted the beans. You can totally tell that they use incredibly fresh foods! These little boxes of delight are the PERFECT thing to add to any dish and there are so many flavors! They are definitely a must-try! (;
